Joining PPS almost 10 years ago, Sandra serves as Program Officer for one of PPS’s foundation clients and provides support and evaluation for several others. She comes to the PPS team with several years of experience in the philanthropic sector. In her prior work, she provided evaluation and program support to local and national-level funders seeking to address a range of complex social issues, including family economic security and market-based change strategies in the food, energy, and environment sectors. She worked in collaboration with funders, grantees, and other stakeholders to develop methods for tracking and reporting impact. She has also conducted research on diverse grantmaking topics and trends in domestic and international philanthropy. Sandra has a BA in International Studies and Russian Language from Macalester College.
