As Program Officer for PPS, Tara oversees office, technology and philanthropic support systems. She supports the lead staff on several family foundations as well as providing office system management. Tara has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 20 years and has experience in grant writing, grants management, and grant review. She also served as a Program Manager at the Minnesota Council on Foundations supporting the work of grantmakers throughout the state. Tara has a BA focused on race, gender and class inequality from Duke University and a Master in City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
