Alice serves as Senior Philanthropic Advisor to Private Philanthropy Services and works as lead staff to one of PPS’s foundation clients. She also serves as part of the support team for other foundations working with PPS. Alice is a skilled leader in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors with over twenty years of experience. She has worked with a wide spectrum of foundations – both domestic and international – on strategy development, program and grants management, governance, and evaluation. Alice has extensive experience working with nonprofits of all sizes to strengthen their organizational capacity and build long-term sustainability. She has served in leadership positions at a number of organizations, including the philanthropic consulting firm of TCC Group, the Eurasia Foundation, and the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. Alice graduated cum laude from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Slavic Languages and Literature. She received a Master’s degree in International Relations and Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.
